The data collected from each data subject will be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes applicable in each case, and will be updated whenever necessary.

3.-Purpose of the processing
The specific purposes for which each data processing operation is carried out are set out in the information clauses included in each data collection channel (web forms, paper forms, contracts, notices, etc.).
However, in general, the collection and processing of data is intended for the following purposes:
– Maintaining the contractual relationship established between the data subject and URBENER.

4.- Legal Basis
As a general rule, prior to processing personal data, URBENER obtains the unambiguous consent of the data subject by including informed consent clauses in the various data collection systems.
However, where the data subject’s consent is not required, the legal basis for the processing relied upon by URBENER is the performance of the established contractual relationship, our legitimate interest in the conduct of our business (in the case of commercial promotion and prospecting), or compliance with a law authorising or requiring the processing of the data subject’s data.
If we have requested your consent for any of the processing activities we are going to carry out (such as sending information about products, services and new developments), we would like to inform you that you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Apart from these cases, URBENER will not disclose your personal data to any third party, unless the disclosure is for the purpose of fulfilling objectives directly related to the legitimate functions of the data controller and the data processor, or the data subject has given their consent for such purposes, or where the disclosure is authorised by law.
6.- International data transfers
No international data transfers are planned.
7.- Retention periods
The information collected from the data subject will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data was collected; once this purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be erased.
Such deletion will result in the data being blocked, remaining available only to public authorities, judges and courts to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing, for the duration of the limitation period for such liabilities; once this period has expired, the information will be destroyed.
